If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw without giving any reason. You don’t need to sign in to your account.

What happens next

• We confirm by email the date and time we received your statement.
• We refund the amount due within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method. If you asked to start the service during the withdrawal period, we deduct the proportion already provided. Nothing is charged during the free trial.
• Themes and mascots that are already available cannot be withdrawn from, because when you bought them you requested immediate access and agreed to lose that right.

You can also use the model withdrawal form in the terms. If you just want to stop paying in future, you can cancel the subscription from the dashboard.
